With a degree in advertising and a unique combination of experiences in the nonprofit sector — from being a “Barn Manager” to serving as a personal assistant to Chuck Norris — Emma Klues simply can’t get enough of writing and is glad to have defensible rationale to spend countless hours surfing social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Chatroulette at work.

And not unlike her Elasticity colleague Peter Panda, Emma consumes or thinks about carbohydrate-rich food 90 percent of her day. She does, however, maintain the ability to think, write, research and laugh while thinking about or consuming food.  So there’s her day in a nutshell.
